Rights of Way Improvement Plan (RoWIP)
Revision 2010
The main objective of the RoWIP is to improve public rights of way and access for all.
The RoWIP was drawn up in 2005 in accordance with the Countryside and Rights of Way Act 2000. Five years on, we are now reviewing the document and would like to hear your comments on the revised version (link below). The document sits as a chapter in the RoWIP of each county council (Devon and Somerset). In turn, the RoWIP for each county will sit as part of the Local Transport Plan 3 (LTP3). More information about LTP3 can be found on the county councils' websites (links below).
